The Mount Pleasant Project

...an illustrated essay about art, how it's viewed, and who should be making it...

First off, thanks for checking out the exhibit and essay. I appreciate your time, and so I hope to make this both interesting and relatively brief. All of the photographs you're about to see were shot with a cell phone — the idea was to make interesting images, but also to suggest that anyone and everyone can use any tool around them to communicate with others.

I also want to try and frame "art" in a more democratic light: less impressive and more accessible. To this end, I am giving away the photographs you are about to see. I have one print of each of the following images, so if you find yourself connecting with one and you want to own it, drop me a note and it's yours.

So with that said, on to the exhibit. Simply click the image to move on to the next screen. If you have questions or comments, or want to have one of the photographs you see, you can email me at robert@teamwetdog.com ...

                                                                               Thanks,
